What triggers Acne?
An extremely common diagnosis, nearly 85% of all adolescents experience acne at some point. A person can be more at risk for developing acne if they are genetically predisposed. Acne will first appear when pores clog. The clog begins with dead skin cells. Typically, dead skin cells are shed daily. Normal skin also naturally creates sebum, which is a critical oil that helps our skin from drying out.

What is Rosacea?
Rosacea is a very common and chronic skin disease that causes redness or a “flush” of the face. About 14 million Americans live with Rosacea and are usually between the ages of 30-50 years old, have fair skin, and are likely to have had acne problems in their family, or when they were younger.

-
What is Psoriasis?
Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune skin disease that speeds up the growth cycle of skin cells in days rather than weeks. Fungal Infections

What are Fungal Infections?
Fungal diseases, also known as Mycoses, are caused by fungi that are common in the environment. A fungus is a primitive organism that lives in air, soil, plants, water, and the human body. Because fungi live in almost everything, it is very easy for anyone to contract a fungal infection in varying extremes. A mild skin fungal infection can look like a rash or a common condition called “athlete’s foot”, while some can affect the lungs and bloodstream causing diseases such as the flu and tuberculosis.

Fantastic customer service! I had to get two prescriptions filled very quickly. Leah (spelling?) reviewed all of my options over the phone to ensure I received the lowest prices. I encountered traffic and arrived 5 minutes before closing and the clerk and pharmacist cheerfully prepared my prescriptions on the spot and I was on my way in 3 minutes. Amazing!

The process of refilling my prescription was incredibly easy. I made a simple phone call and had the medication delivered as promised, 2 days later, right to my front door, with care. No problems, no issues. Outstanding service every time.

My dermatologist ordered medication for me from that was to be filled by Apotheco Pharmacy. I was wary of ordering from an unknown pharmacy from out of town, but their site was very user friendly and the cost of the medication was reasonable. The arrival of my medication was estimated to take about a week. Within two days the medicine was on my porch, which was a very pleasant surprise. I live a little over an hour away from Newtown Square for reference. Unfortunately, due to the fairly close proximity between my house and this pharmacy, I cannot speak to the expediency of orders for those who live farther away. If you are hesitant about using Apotheco, however, I would recommend testing their services for yourself at least once to see how long shipping takes if you live farther away because, as I said before, their site was user friendly, they provided excellent updates and communication on the status of my order, and the medication itself was filled correctly and (at least for me) pretty quickly.

It’s a gem! I feel like I’m in a pharmacy in Europe or the way things were in the good old days. It’s crisp and clean, just me and the kind woman behind the counter (and behind her all the pharmacists filling orders) taking down my information to call me when my prescription comes in. Somehow they find a way to discount the price when insurance doesn’t cover it and they deliver free of charge.
