Apotheco Pharmacy Group has different shipping options and has partnered with UPS to provide you the most favorable shipping costs.

When placing your Apotheco order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship on the next business day.

All orders over $35.00 will receive complimentary USPS shipping. In addition, we offer UPS ground, 2Day and overnight within the US.

2Day and Overnight shipping are not available for Saturday deliveries. Shipping is not available to post office boxes. All orders will take 2-3 business days to process and ship from our warehouse. You will receive email notifications of the status of your order once it is processed and once it is shipped.

Returns
We are pleased to offer our customers a 14 day no questions asked return policy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Returns requested after 14 days are eligible for an online store credit for 30 days past the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.

Requesting a Return
There are different ways to process a return. Please fill out the Online Return Form with the order number and the items you wish to return. You will receive a confirmation via email which will include a Return Authorization Number. Please allow 24-48 hours for your Return Authorization Number to be created. Print this form and send it along with the items you wish to return to the address provided below.
